What changed

I stopped procrastinating. I do not mean I got more disciplined about it. The putting-off went away. I felt in command, taking charge, at cause, and I had an itch in my bones to get things done now. When I did get them done, there was a sense of gratification that had not been there before.

At work, my communication got snappier: more concise, more direct. My knowingness when navigating difficult decisions went up a lot, and so did my ability to discern.

The most dramatic change was confidence in my own decisions. I could decide and not worry about the outcome. I became more certain in every area of my life.
